This page explains what data The Fone Zone collects and why. It is written as a plain-English starting point — have it reviewed against your final analytics and affiliate setup before launch.

What we collect

If you send us a message through the contact form we store the name, email address and message you provide, so that we can reply. We keep those messages for as long as we need them to deal with your enquiry.

Our web server keeps standard access logs (IP address, page requested, browser user agent) for security and troubleshooting.

Cookies

We set one essential session cookie so that forms work correctly and to protect against cross-site request forgery. It contains no personal information and expires when you close your browser.

Affiliate links

When you click through to a retailer, that retailer may set its own cookies to attribute the visit to us. Their use of your data is governed by their own privacy policy, not ours.

Your rights

Under UK GDPR you can ask us for a copy of any personal data we hold about you, ask us to correct it, or ask us to delete it. Use the contact form and we will respond within one month.
